Health Coach & NLP Practitioner
I am a Holistic Health Coach, which means that I approach health and wellness from many different aspects, and when you work with me some of the things we will look at together are:
Joy & Well-being Relationships – (including the one you have with yourself!) Exercise Food Social Life Spirituality Leisure / Self-fulfilment Goals Career / Study Self-care Home environment Stress Plus, many more… All of these aspects of your life – bar food, are what I call Primary Foods, meaning that they are all the things in your life that are – or aren’t nourishing and feeding your body & soul on a daily basis. These elements are crucial to you feeling healthy and happy inside & out. I refer to the food you put in your mouth as Secondary Foods, because even though we absolutely need a healthy balanced diet to have a happy body and mind; our diet alone is not enough to attain optimum physical and mental well-being. You can eat all the kale in the world, but unless you are feeding your body, heart & soul with Primary Foods, you will still be left feeling less than your best. I am also a Psychology student and a qualified Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner (NLP), which essentially means that I am trained to help you work on your limiting perceptions and beliefs that may be holding you back from achieving your goals. I want to see you learn how to treasure that amazing body, mind & soul of yours, and move towards being a happier, healthier version of you!
